DIVREP, Diverging Patterns of Reproductive Behavior Within Countries Across the Globe, is an ERC Starting Grant project funded by the European Commission (2025-2030).
Over the next five years, the project will investigate patterns, trends, and determinants of growing within-country disparities in childbearing age and fertility levels. Taking a cross-country comparative perspective and focusing on more than 120 nations—spanning high-, middle-, and low-income contexts—DIVREP aims to make innovative contributions to our understanding of global fertility change.
